These techniques are pretty easy to use but only if you actually want to use them after hearing how unethical they are. I can't recommend to use them, and I only tried out a few of the techniques because I thought I might get caught if I went too far with it, because this basically shows you how to take control of someone's brain and get them to do anything you want. Sounds impossible but there are many examples of it in history.

Taylors product was recorded in what I think is an attic on a busy street, with the mike 12 inches from his mouth. In a nut shell I'm still a bit naive on the validity of hypnosis, but I believe I have self inducted myself and had a result in weight control.
